How to Prepare for Cold and Flu Season
As many of us know, inflammation can often be the result of stress. And stress can stem from physical or emotional triggers, or both. So, how do we combat that? The answer is: we actually do not, but the body has its own systems and protocols to deal with it. Our job is to support our body by giving it what it needs: sufficient nutrients.
