Swedish Massage

Trigger Point Massage
A trigger point is a sensitive and tight area within a muscle, causing localized pain and possible referred pain. Trigger point therapy aims to relieve pain and tension through techniques like pressure release or stretching.
Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage targets soft (muscle, fascia, tendon, etc.) and hard (bone) tissue issues that include scar tissue, muscular winding (knots), and adhesions in both muscle and viscera. These issues can affect circulation and cause energy, skeletal, muscular and other imbalances, and pain.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a technique that involves manually manipulating the skin and applying a specific amount of pressure and rhythmic circular movements to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph to carry waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart—stimulating lymph flow.

Cupping
Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that uses cup-like devices to create suction to promote healing through improved blood and Qi flow that releases tension and adhesions in muscles and viscera. This powerful tool treats acute and chronic pain, abdominal disorders, and aids lymphatic drainage.

Photobiomodulation (PBM) is a form of light therapy that utilizes non-ionizing forms of light sources including LASERS, LEDs, and broadband light, in the visible and near infrared spectrum. While many people may know about it for its use in reducing wrinkles, acne, and dark spots, it is also widely used for pain-relief and reducing inflammation.
