New Pandemic Protocols
COVID-19 has restricted our lives in so many ways. Getting the therapy you need to stay healthy and well-being shouldn’t be something that is compromised.
I am happy to announce that I am now available to see clients for massage therapy. For everyone’s safety, I have taken these measures and set up these new protocols for all clients to adhere to:
If you think you have been highly exposed to COVID-19 or are feeling unwell before your session with me, please reschedule and consult with your primary care provider.
Clients need to arrive wearing a mask, but do not need to wear it when facing down on the massage table. A special disposable setup will be placed in the cradle of the headrest to ensure coverage of clients' face while providing comfort. While face up on the massage table, clients will need to wear their mask.
Temperatures will be taken at the front door right before your appointment. If your temperature is above 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Air purifiers are installed and running throughout the building and treatment room.
My hands and clients' hands will need to be washed before the session. Soap dispensers are automatic and touch free.
I will rewash my hands before touching clients' faces and upper neck area.
Thick fabric blankets are no longer used; thoroughly laundered sheets will be used instead. Clean towels can also be layered on top for extra modesty.
A lidded plastic box is available for clients to keep their personal belongings safe and clean inside. The box will be sanitized before and after every client use.
Every client will be booked at least 30 minutes apart to allow more time for thorough sanitization between sessions.
I appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation to these new protocols! If you have any questions or concerns about any of these procedures, please contact us.
